About Mario

 Mario has over 40 years experience in the baking field.  He learned the baking trade from a European immigrant who was a scratch baker by trade.  Mario was taught "hands-on" the science of yeast fermentation and the various mixing and baking procedures that ensure only the best results.

Mario has an excellent reputation as a baker and is especially well known for his famous almond paste cookies, pastries, and his delicious carrot cake....as well as many more favorites!

You may remember Mario from the bakery at the former William Groceries and Meats Fair in North Syracuse.
